Your tasks:
• Support of the customer base in a defined area
• Building and generating new customers
• Processing of customer inquiries, preparation of quotations, price and order
order negotiation and order preparation
• Supporting the sales team in day-to-day operations
• Maintenance of customer master data in the CRM system and project tracking
• Relief for line managers and key account managers
• Delivery date monitoring/complaint processing
Your profile:
• Good commercial degree or comparable training
• Sales orientation, good communication skills and team spirit
• Confident use of the German language and good to very good
written and spoken English
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic knowledge of an ERP system
